Job Role: Senior Female Accountant

Work Location: Vallipurathanpalayam, Erode (Opp to AET School)

Skills: Tally and GST Filing, manages financial accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Experience: 3+ Years
Gender: Only Female Married Candidates preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:Preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards (like GAAP) and regulations.
• General Ledger Management:Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:Managing the process of paying invoices from vendors and collecting payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Financial Analysis:Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against these plans, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Compliance & Audits:Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Supporting both internal and external audits.
• Month-End/Year-End Close:Managing and overseeing the process of closing the accounting books at the end of each period, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled.
• Process Improvement:Identifying and implementing improvements to accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentoring & Training:Potentially mentoring or training junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Tax Compliance:Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
