Website - www.cibpl.org Summary The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Sales role involves driving new business development and expanding our market presence in Jaipur and nearby regions, with a focus on building strong client relationships through regular visits . Candidates should possess expertise in Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) insurance products such as Fire, Marine, Burglary, Liability, Project Insurance, Infrastructure, and Engineering. Experience in Employee Benefits (EB) products will be considered an added advantage. There will be no sales targets for the initial 4 to 5 months. Report to: Executive Vice President (Sales) Designation: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Sales Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: + Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients. + Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. + Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Business Development: + Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector. + Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. + Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. Role Expectations: + Graduation is a MUST. A masters degree is a plus. + Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of corporate sales experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a broking firm , with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing General Insurance (Non-EB) products such as Fire, Marine, Burglary, Liability, Project, Infrastructure, and Engineering insurance. Familiarity with Employee Benefits (EB) products will be an added advantage. + Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
