Job Description

Responsible for TBM tunneling operation, should be fully responsible for 1 TBM which include transport, assembly, lowering, TBM operation and retrieval activities. Overseeing TBM Operations: Directly supervising the operation of the TBM, including its cutterhead, gripper arms, and other components. Monitoring Performance: Continuously monitoring the TBM's performance, including factors like penetration rate, torque, and power consumption. Ensuring Safety: Prioritizing safety by adhering to safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any safety concerns. Data Recording: Collecting and analyzing data related to TBM performance, including geological data, water inflow, and equipment wear and tear. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during TBM operations, such as equipment malfunctions or geological challenges. Shift Management: Managing the shift team, including assigning tasks, coordinating activities, and resolving conflicts. Communication: Effectively communicating with the project management team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Show more Show less
