💼 What You’ll Do

🗣️ Front-End Support

  • Respond to customer queries across

    live chat, email, and social media DMs

    (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Handle issues related to

    orders, returns, refunds, size exchanges, delivery delays, and payment queries

  • Maintain a consistent, empathetic, and brand-aligned tone in all interactions
  • Ensure high standards of

    CSAT, TAT, and first-response quality


🧾 Backend Processes & Coordination

  • Manage and monitor

    refund processing

    , follow up with the finance team if needed
  • Track RVP raised vs. completed

    and flag pending requests
  • Coordinate with courier partners for delivery escalations, delays, or lost shipments
  • Reply to

    public comments on social media posts

    to maintain brand reputation and transparency
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for issue resolution
  • Keep internal trackers updated (returns, delays, courier handovers, etc.)


🧠 You Must Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer support

    (chat/email support experience preferred)
  • D2C or e-commerce customer support experience is mandatory

  • Excellent written and spoken

    English

    (Hindi is a bonus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset for handling both customer-facing and internal coordination tasks
  • Willingness to work from our

    Hyderabad office
