Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Consultant for a part-time association to join our leadership team. This strategic role focuses on recruiting, mentoring, and guiding associates while also driving business improvement and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Onboard Associates:Identify, attract, and recruit capable associates to build a strong team network.• Mentor and Guide Associates:Provide continuous support, training, and strategic mentoring to help associates grow and achieve targets.• Strategic Consultation:Offer expert advice to the organization and clients on improving business performance, processes, and operations.• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.• Business Analysis and Strategy:Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and implement actionable strategies.• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal departments and teams to ensure alignment on goals and successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

We welcome senior professionals with 30+ years of experience, including retired individuals, entrepreneurs, second innings homemakers, and financial distributors looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity. Prior insurance experience is not required—training and support will be provided.
