Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership success
Drive
account growth
through proactive opportunity identification and solution alignment
Lead
contract negotiations
, renewals, and pricing strategy discussions in line with business goals
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of IT services and solutions
Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for client stakeholders
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and
industry trends
such as
AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
to better serve client needs
Develop account strategies, including long-term planning and upselling opportunities
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and work toward quarterly and annual revenue targets.
