Total Experience : Min 2 to 4 Years Total Position: 02 Job Location: Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra Preferred immediate joiner. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Career Advisor, located in Pune. The Senior Career Advisor will provide guidance to students regarding course selection, career paths, and industry opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting informational sessions, evaluating students' needs, maintaining records, liaising with educational institutions and companies, and providing support to students throughout their course duration. The Senior Career Advisor will also be involved in organizing workshops and career fairs to enhance students' learning experience and employability. Qualifications Strong counseling, advising, and mentoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in educational counseling or career guidance Knowledge of industry trends in Automation, IoT, Cloud Computing, AI, and related fields Organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and foster a supportive environment Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field Prior experience in vocational education or training programs is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
