Business Development Manager(TL) – Job Description Role Overview: Lead the growth of our franchise business by managing the sales team and engaging potential franchisees. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement franchise sales strategies. Maintain records of franchisee performance. Engage potential franchisees through calls, emails, and meetings. Present and explain franchise opportunities. Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets. Travel: Willingness to travel across India for site surveys, face-to-face meetings, presenting  company proposals, and collecting payments. All travel expenses are covered by the company Provide ongoing support to franchisees. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Qualification - Any Graduation  Key Skills - Excellent communication skills Salary - As per Experience + Very Attractive Incentives Packages upto 10k to 50k per franchise Location- Okhla Phase II, Delhi 110020
