Role Summary

As a

Senior Backend Developer

, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using best practices, design patterns, and reusable components. You will lead by example to ensure high-quality code and optimal system performance while mentoring and guiding a team of developers. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will help deliver impactful business solutions aligned with customer needs.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of professional backend development experience, including proven technical leadership.
  • Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and other cloud services.
  • Deep understanding of designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills to foster team growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
