Job description About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience with day-to-day finance operations, and a solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance. Candidates with a CA Inter qualification and 2+ years of experience in accounting roles are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Assist in statutory audits, tax filings, and compliance-related matters Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy in accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Support budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure timely and accurate closure of books of accounts Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies Qualifications & Skills: CA Intermediate (preferred); B.Com/M.Com with strong experience may also be considered Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books) Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,309.34 - ₹49,717.37 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Experience: Zoho : 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
