Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rewa for a Senior Academy Coordinator. The Senior Academy Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs, coordinating with teachers and administrative staff, ensuring curriculum standards are met, and organizing professional development for the teaching staff. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, liaising with parents, and managing day-to-day school activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational administration and coordinating academic programs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and develop teaching staff
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in an international school setting is a plus
