This is a Direct Sales role, ideal for candidates passionate about guiding learners and driving impactful conversations in the education sector. Roles & Responsibilities: Engage with potential learners/parents through outbound calling (leads provided). Understand customer needs and recommend the right course offerings. Convert prospects into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets. Follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain lead status and call activity in the CRM system. Collaborate with the team and participate in weekly performance reviews. Participate in field sales activities (home counselling sessions) when required. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in direct/B2C sales , preferably in EdTech . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Comfortable speaking in Hindi and basic English . Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/CRM tools). Education: Graduate in any stream.
