Design and develop interactive learning experiences, including eLearning modules, Web based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT). 2. Professional experience: About 4-5 years of experience in instructional design or E- Learning creation Defined competencies: Proficient in instructional design tools and LMS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and SMEs. Exposure to pump industry in service related functions and exposure to related technical documentation shall be preferred. Very good knowledge of pump, pump assembly and service related topics. Strong project management and organizational skills. Good technical understanding with inclination for documentation. Knowledge of SCORM or other eLearning standards is a plus.. Certification in instructional design is a plus. Knowledge of SAP Enable Now is plus.
