🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of

  11 outsourced security personnel

  ensuring 24/7 resort safety.
• Conduct regular

  patrols, security audits, and incident reporting

  .
• Implement and maintain

  resort-specific security SOPs

  , emergency response plans, and guest safety protocols.
• Maintain

  attendance, duty rosters, and performance reports

  of outsourced staff.
• Coordinate with the

  outsourcing agency

  regarding manpower quality, replacement, and training.
• Ensure all guards are in

  proper uniform, well-groomed, and briefed

  before each shift.
• Monitor

  CCTV systems, access control points, and perimeter security

  .
• Handle guest-related security concerns with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare and submit

  weekly/monthly reports

  to Management and HR.
• Conduct regular

  briefings, fire drills, and training sessions

  .

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in security management (resort/hotel preferred).
• Experience in handling outsourced manpower and dealing with vendors.
• Strong understanding of

  emergency protocols

  , guest interaction, and property protection.
• Basic knowledge of

  CCTV, access control, and fire safety systems

  .
• Ability to work in

  rotational shifts

  , weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Ex-army or ex-servicemen preferred (optional).
