Job Descriptions – Strategic Sourcing / Quotation Specialist ( EMS, Electronics Components ) · 3+years of Experience in sourcing with good understanding of various components. · Electronic components' technical knowledge would be considered an advantage. · Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI technical knowledge would be considered an advantage. · Result-oriented, excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and negotiation skills. · Analytical, structured and able to influence change. · To prioritize the tasks effectively based on the department and company needs. · Positive attitude and approach to forming a healthy working environment and respectful communication. · Strong English language skills, both spoken and written. · The main responsibility in this role is to ensure that both customer and employer’s expectations related to the sourcing of material are fulfilled · Cooperation with appointed material commodity suppliers. · Analysis of suppliers’ quotes for all production sites US, UK, APAC · Selection of suppliers during the evaluation of received quotes. · Cost reduction and supplier’s management to ensure timely supply chain processes. · Identification and implementation of innovative solutions for a more effective sourcing/purchase process.
