School Principal

The School Principal is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and supervision of the school. The principal ensures high standards of education, maintains discipline, and fosters a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for students and staff. Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership Oversee implementation of curriculum and academic programs. Supervise teaching methods and evaluate teacher performance. Promote academic excellence and set performance goals. Administrative Duties Manage school operations including schedules, budgets, and resources. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies. Maintain accurate records (attendance, academic, disciplinary). Staff Management Recruit, train, and support teaching and non-teaching staff. Conduct performance appraisals and offer feedback. Encourage professional development of staff. Student Development Promote discipline, moral values, and character building. Ensure safety and well-being of all students. Address student concerns and conflicts proactively. Parent & Community Engagement Communicate regularly with parents and guardians. Organize school events, parent-teacher meetings, and community outreach programs. Represent the school in external forums. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Education or related field. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) mandatory. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience, with 2 years in an administrative or leadership role. Skills Required: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
