Head – School Operations & Administration Recommended Seniority & Role Level Position Title: Head / Senior Manager – Operations Reporting To: School Principal Seniority: 10–15 years of relevant experience preferably with 3–5 years in a similar educational or institutional setting. Employment Type: Full-time, campus-based Key Responsibilities. Ideal Skill Set & Competencies 1. Strong Administrative Expertise School administration experience (or similar scale: hospitals, corporates , or hospitality). Policy implementation, records, SOP creation and compliance tracking. 2. Knowledge of Regulatory & Statutory Compliance Fire safety, child safety, RTE norms, local municipal regulations, etc. 3. People Management Ability to manage a diverse non-teaching team (security, housekeeping, drivers, etc.) Crisis handlingand conflict resolution, especially with parents. 4. Facility & Asset Management Maintenance planning, AMC management, inventory controls, vendor coordination. 5. Communication & Crisis Response Should be able to professionally handle parent escalations or emergency situations. 6. IT & System Awareness Familiarity with basic ERP systems, ticketing systems for repairs/complaints, and school MISplatforms. Suggested Experience Background Former Admin Heads from reputed K–12 schools, residential schools, or corporate facilitymanagement roles. - Ex-servicemen (officers) with admin/logistics roles can also be a very disciplined and effectivefit. - Candidates with hospitality or hospital operations management experience may also be consideredifthey understand parent-facing dynamics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
