, an SAP Gold Partner, is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect
to support upcoming global pre-sales and delivery engagements. This is an exciting opportunity for a domain expert to work across diverse geographies and industry sectors in a flexible, project-based role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, requirements gathering, and client demos for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Participate in pre-sales engagements, support proposal creation, and showcase product capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients during scoping, discovery, and architecture phases
- Deliver high-quality EC implementations and ensure integration across the broader SuccessFactors suite
- Contribute to multiple EC project pursuits globally as needed
Core Requirements

Minimum 5 full-cycle implementations
in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Proven experience working with clients in:

United States
- Public and Private Sector -
United Kingdom
- Private Sector -
Middle East
- Saudi Arabia and UAE (Public and Private Sectors)

Hands-on experience with legacy system data migration/load
- Strong understanding of
Inbound & Outbound integrations
from/to SF Employee Central - Expertise in
integration of EC with other SuccessFactors modules
(e.g., ONB, RCM, LMS, etc.) - Experience with
US Benefits & Compensation
processes - Exposure to
Global Mobility
and Contingent Workforce
configuration - Must have access to
personal SAP EC demo environment
(for demos and prototyping) - Pre-sales efforts will be
reimbursed
- Project delivery assignments will be offered post successful project wins
- Must be open to supporting
multiple EC pursuits
as needed - Engagement governed by
strict NDA & confidentiality agreements
Preferred Experience
- Public Sector consulting in the
US and Middle East
- Deep familiarity with region-specific compliance and localization (e.g., Saudi GOSI, US Public Sector policies)
- Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams and time zones
