As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will

Seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SF PMGM Consultant

Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module.

Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).

Your Profile

3-5 years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules.

SuccessFactors certification or SAP HCM certification.

In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors PMGM features and functionalities.

Strong understanding of performance management processes and best practices.

Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).
