POSITION OVERVIEW : SAP Project System ImplementationImplement an integrated project management system ( PS module) in SAP to setup, track, monitor and bill for R&D collaboration projects and internal projects.Enable complete tracking and billing of various projects. Develop standard reporting structure for project financials.� Routine P&L updates (revenue, volumes, COGS, development investment), in scope for active development programs in context of governance / stage gates o TBD on ownership for commercialized molecules without active development. (Probably same process, different owner.)� Rolling forecasts/plans/actuals for FTE and non-FTE expenses, reported by program and capability (w/ Playbook team, TPMO, capability leads)� Rolling forecasts/actuals for collaboration revenue for active and planned projects (w/ Tech Access)� Standardizing approach to scope & budget new programs and work these into the financial forecasts at the right time POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : SAP Project System Implementation Implement an integrated project management system ( PS module) in SAP to setup, track, monitor and bill for R&D collaboration projects and internal projects.
