• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in

  SAP PM

  .

• 1 full end-to-end S/4HANA implementation

  experience is mandatory.
• Lead and participate in

  SAP S/4HANA PM module implementations

  , rollouts, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform

  SAP PM module configuration

  including equipment, functional locations, maintenance planning, task lists, notifications, work orders, and maintenance strategies.
• Strong knowledge of

  preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes

  .
• Good understanding of

  notification & work order management

  ,

  maintenance planning

  , and

  equipment lifecycle management

  .
• Experience with

  data migration

  tools like LSMW or LTMC.
• Familiarity with

  Fiori Apps

  relevant to Plant Maintenance.
• Integration knowledge with other SAP modules (MM/PP/QM/FI/CO).
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
