SAP MM /WM /SD Configuration & process knowledge.Min 1 end to end implementation of SAP MM /WM /SDKnowledge of Duties & Taxation in business & SAP, Retail domainMin 8 years of SAP MM /WM /SD implementation / support experience with experience in domain of retail /cpg/ fmcg /logistics company with preferably min 5 years of domain experienceSound knowledge of business processes & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management.Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge, vendor & resource management, project management shall be an added advantageShould be ready to work in a non IT, end user retail company like oursPeople management, Handled /lead team of min 4-6 members KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Hands on SAP configuration & processes of MM WM SD for 8 years, min. Knowledge of eWM, S/4 will be an added advantageStrength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment & planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management, retail, logistics, Indian indirect duties /taxes. Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org. Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & managementEffective resource & time managementKnowledge of Best practices in functionReviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Leads testing efforts. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary POC (point of contact) for solutioning, support of projects, enhancements, support in & around SAP MM /WM /SD. Drive & manages maintenance & support, enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans. Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. Use them judiciously & effectively, ensuring high productivity. Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary) . Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards Handing over of the enhancement /project to support team with KT Leads maintenance & support, enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes Training team and end users Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implements them with stakeholders buy-in Effective testing of changes Does business process study with the help of a business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors. Leads testing efforts. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Communicates effectively with internal & external teams, business community Able to manage teams effectively and with better productivity Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.
