SAP FICO Lead

As a SAP FICO Lead, you will be responsible for collaborating with users and vendors to gather, define, and analyze business requirements and processes with a focus on standardization and uniform solutions. You will propose, review, and challenge design, solution, and strategy papers to ensure quality and alignment with AHSEA solution standards. Your role will involve participation in testing phases to ensure quality deliverables and provide guidance and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, you will support change management activities to facilitate a smooth transition for end users to new processes. You will lead, drive, and support data definition and migration activities, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and reconciliation. Deployment, cutover, and hypercare support post-implementation will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience in FICO and preferably 5+ full SAP or equivalent ERP project lifecycle implementations. Certification in your area of expertise is preferred, and experience in project management for successful SAP implementations would be advantageous. Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SD, MM, etc., is also desirable. In addition to technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You should be self-driven, able to work independently, and possess curiosity and attention to detail to identify root causes of business challenges and develop effective solutions for improvement.,
