Job Description:

Minimum overall work experience: 10 years

Financial Systems Support (L1/L2)

✓ Provide financials system support to all end users across ADD functions relating to financial systems.

✓ Coordinating with Finance HQ IT support team to resolve reported issues through RITM/Incident/Idea tickets.

✓ Endorse and approve financial roles access & authorization tickets.

Month End Closing (MEC) Support

✓ Provide support during transactional data processing, preparing uploads, data validation & reconciliation and identify incorrect master data assignments and subsequently suggest corrective actions.

✓ Closely coordinating with financial users in data reconciliations and validation during month end closing activities.

✓ Close coordinating with HUB and Bi teams to update SAP data to get correct segmented finance reports which is aligned with SAP data. Validate Bi Financial Reports & Dashboard

Master data governance and policy & procedure compliance
