Job Details Country/Region: India Employment Type: Hybrid Work Type: Contract State: Karnataka City: Bengaluru Requirements Bangalore, India or Hyberdad, India **3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE** Candidates must have their own laptops/equipment Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and certified Lead Anaplan Developer / Architect with 7-10 years of industry experience and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable Anaplan solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workforce and CAPEX modules , lead multiple end-to-end implementations, and serve as the technical/functional liaison with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture , and optimization of Anaplan models across business units Manage 3-5+ Anaplan implementations as a senior/lead developer or architect Own technical development , perform unit testing , ensure quality assurance, and conduct code reviews Drive triaging and resolution of defects and enhancement requests Translate complex business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, functional design , and technical delivery Provide guidance on Anaplan ALM , model deployment, version control, and production support Mentor junior team members, enforce best practices, and ensure model maintainability Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to agile delivery Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan (7-10 yrs) Expertise in Workforce and CAPEX modules Deep understanding of Anaplan ALM and deployment practices Proven ability to lead Anaplan model design, optimization, and governance Exposure to Business Intelligence tools and analytical applications Strong background in unit testing, defect tracking , and production support Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Certifications: Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder - Required Anaplan Solution Architect Certification - Preferred
