Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting suitable scaffolding solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales meetings and site visits, providing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The Salesperson will work closely with the delivery and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of scaffolding and shuttering solutions
• Relationship-building skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and site visits
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
