Reliable Source and Solutions India Pvt Ltd (RSS_India) is a specialized provider of complete products and services for Solar System integrators. We partner with reputable brands like Schneider, ABB (FIMER), Rotosol, Statcon, and Enertech. Additionally, we have our own manufacturing joint venture unit that produces ACDB, DCDB, SMB, RMS, WMS, SCADA, Zero Export Devices, and Solar DG_Sync Solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Noida. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting product solutions. Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, conducting market research to follow industry trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, with a record of achieving sales quotas
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to conduct effective market research and SWOT analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of solar system products and services is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings
