We are a growing organization in the electrical goods sector, specializing in high-quality wires and cables. With a focus on reliability and service, we are expanding our footprint across Madhya Pradesh and looking for dynamic field sales professionals to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive based in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for traveling to various cities across Madhya Pradesh to promote and sell our range of wires and cables to dealers, retailers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers (dealers, distributors, retailers, and electrical contractors) in assigned regions.

1. Generate leads and convert them into sales.
2. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
4. Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activities.
5. Meet sales targets as assigned by the management.
6. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
7. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the electrical or hardware sector.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.
4. Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
5. Familiarity with wire and cable products will be an added advantage.
6. Basic proficiency in using smartphones and reporting tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Fixed monthly salary (as per company standards).
2. Travel Allowance: Reimbursement for food, stay, and local transport as per company policy.

Base Location: Indore

Travel: 15–20 days a month across cities in Madhya Pradesh (e.g., Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain, etc.)
