Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Panchkula, where some work from home is acceptable. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. The role entails building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored interior solutions. The Salesperson will also manage sales records, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets. Regular collaboration with the design team to ensure client satisfaction is expected. Qualifications Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Ability to understand client needs and provide customized interior solutions Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing sales records and following up on leads Experience in the interior design or refurbishment industry is a plus Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
