Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for Salesforce applications - Provide training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications - Assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives - Adapt to working with different clients and team members in a fast-paced environment - Take ownership of tasks and consistently deliver high-quality work - Build a personal brand within the Firm to create more opportunities for growth Skills and Qualifications: - 4+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years of SFDC experience - Extensive experience in Force.com platform using APEX and Visualforce - Solid implementation experience using Sales / Service / Custom cloud - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and JQuery - Experience with Field Service Lightning tool configuration - Hands-on customization experience in APEX, Visualforce, Workflow/Process Builder, Triggers, Batch, and Schedule Apex - Additional desired skills include knowledge in Object-Oriented programming, Bootstrap, Angular JS, Lightning design components, marketing tools like Marketing Cloud, and products like Apttus, Veeva, nCino, Adobe Flex - Ability to handle data management, understand technical processes strategically, and recommend appropriate solutions - Enthusiastic about code honesty, modularity, cleanliness, and version control - Familiarity with integration platforms and ability to translate customer requirements into functional Salesforce configurations Educational Qualifications: - BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech Job Title: Salesforce Lightning, LWC Developer Job Level: Sr. Associate,
