Role & responsibilities Youll work directly with product managers, founders, and developers to design web screens, flows, and interface components in Figma . In parallel, youll occasionally take on small graphic design tasks such as event flyers, internal ID cards, or simple print materials. We care less about flashy design and more about usable, elegant screens that ship fast. Responsibilities Create web and mobile wireframes , UI layouts, and design flows in Figma Convert ideas or references into usable screens ready for development Apply basic visual hierarchy, alignment, spacing, and responsiveness Iterate designs based on quick feedback from team or stakeholders Occasionally create print-ready designs : flyers, IDs, social banners, etc. Organize Figma files clearly and export assets as needed What we are looking for 14 years of experience with UX/UI design in Figma (web/mobile) Able to design web screens using grid systems , components, and responsiveness in mind Good eye for spacing , font pairing, colors, and usability Comfortable with light design work like posters, ID cards, or banners Bonus : Familiarity with Bootstrap layouts , dev handoff, or CSS-friendly designs Bonus : Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for quick visual tweaks

Experience in Cluster development for Automotive domain Extensive Experience in developing using Cluster tool chains such as Qt/QML C++ (Ver 14 or above) Programming Expert Level knowledge & Hands on Experience Design and Architecture Experience in using UML tool chains Understanding of Embedded Software and Systems Agile / Sprint based Execution Experience & know-how Understanding of Multi-tasking, Multi-process and Multi-core Real Time Operating System Understanding of Automotive Software Layers & Constraints Know-how of coding standards like MISRA, C++Good Problem Solving Abilities
