Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin & DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer to join our US-based team. This role requires a solid understanding of Salesforce administration and development, coupled with expertise in DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) workflow design and implementation. The ideal candidate will deliver customized solutions in both Salesforce and DocuSign CLM to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Primary Responsibilities Salesforce Administration: Manage daily administration tasks, including user management, profiles, roles, and security controls Maintain data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and data import/export (using Data Loader and other tools). Implement workflows, process automation, and system integrations with third-party applications Ensure compliance with system security standards, including managing roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules Optimizing & managing integrated applications (DocuSign CLM, LinkedIn SalesNav, D&B Optimizer, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, etc.) Salesforce Development: Design and develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flow. Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and process automation. Build complex reports, dashboards, and automated solutions for data analysis and reporting. Debug, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions following best practices for performance and scalability. Experience with Data Cloud & Einstein, a huge plus. DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer: Configure contract management solutions to generate documents and automatically move them through editing, approval, and signature stages. Optimize & implement contract process automation. This includes creating/maintaining contract templates, forms, workflows, and document generation Manage the document repository, create and manage users and groups, maintain security, create and run reports, and improve efficiency using basic automation tools Experience with data migration & attribute management, a huge plus. Workato Administration Responsible for developing, enhancing, debugging, maintaining, and testing automated workflows (recipes) supporting RevOps business processes. Monitoring, Logging, and Error Handling. Monitor the health and performance of these integrations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Implement error-handling mechanisms to deal with exceptions and failures that may occur during automation processes. Set up notifications and alerts for critical errors. Configure and manage integrations between various applications and systems (Salesforce, Snowflake, Slack, Asana). Monitor the health and performance of these integrations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Project Management, User Support & Collaboration: Gather business requirements from stakeholders to design tailored solutions in both Salesforce and DocuSign CLM. Collaborate with US-based teams, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of projects. Stay current with Salesforce and DocuSign CLM releases, identifying opportunities to implement new features and system improvements. Create and update technical documentation and user guides for Salesforce and DocuSign CLM processes. Qualifications Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required. Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification required. Salesforce Platform Developer II or advanced certifications (preferred). DocuSign CLM certification or significant experience with DocuSign CLM implementation (preferred). Workato Automation Pro III (preferred). Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. Experience with DocuSign CLM, including workflow automation, contract management, and system integration. Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules) and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with DocuSign and other third-party applications via APIs or middleware. Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader), including complex data transformations and migrations. Skills & Competencies: Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives in parallel. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across remote teams and global time zones. Additional Requirements Flexibility to work across different time zones and coordinate with US-based teams. Commitment to continuous learning, staying up to date with Salesforce and DocuSign CLM platform enhancements. A proactive mindset in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
