Role: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

Mode: Contract To Hire

Location: Hyderabad - Hybrid

Timings: 3 PM - 12 PM IST

Client: USA Health Care Company

This is a hands-on role for a Salesforce Data Cloud consultant who can design scalable, future-ready architectures and turn complex data into real customer value. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end Data Cloud implementations-from ingestion and modeling to identity stitching and activation. You'll build seamless activation paths across Marketing Cloud, Advertising Studio, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud platform.
• CDP Implementation mandatory.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
• technical specifications.
• Build custom applications, integrations, and data pipelines using Salesforce Data
• Cloud tools and technologies.
• Develop and optimize data models to support business processes and reporting needs.
• Implement data governance and security best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and customizations.
• SFDC certification mandatory.

Qualifications:

• 5+ yrs experience
• Two or more years experience implementing and working with data strategy and data modelling, including building multiple solutions across Salesforce clouds; typically has experience in development, strategy, business analysis, pre-sales solutioning, or architecture
• Have broad knowledge of Salesforce technology and specifically Data Cloud and its capabilities and terminology
• Experience positioning and implementing Data Cloud
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification or accreditation is plus
• Hands-on experience in modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, RedShift), data analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), data programming models (DataFrames, pandas), and AI (Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks)
• Knowledge of industry-specific use cases, data architectures, and integration patterns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Exposure to DevOps practices using Copado.
• Experience with agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning and

retrospectives.
