Sales Telecaller

Experience : 6 months to 2 years of experience Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented IT Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our IT products and services, and converting leads into business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a keen interest in IT sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products/services (software, hardware, web solutions, etc.) Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a database of potential and existing customers using CRM software. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team when required. Provide accurate and detailed information about IT products/services. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve sales strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales, preferably in the IT sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of IT products and services. Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Eligibility : Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
