Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth coordination with our detailing technicians.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, passionate about automotive services, and driven to deliver exceptional results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolutions to enhance retention.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to explore new business opportunities.

• Collect and share feedback from clients to support internal improvements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to implement changes based on client input.

• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns aimed at attracting new customers and boosting business growth.
