Job Description

Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products or solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales or business development roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion to exceed targets
