About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken individual to manage incoming leads generated from our ad campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for promptly reaching out to leads, explaining our services/products, and setting up appointments with our sales or consultation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated from digital ads
Explain our offerings clearly and answer basic questions
Fix appointments and update calendar/scheduling tools
Maintain a daily tracker of lead status and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth appointment handling
Ensure timely and polite communication with all prospects
Skills & Requirements:
Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi
Pleasant and persuasive telephone manner
Ability to follow scripts and handle objections professionally
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Organized, punctual, and goal-oriented
Prior experience in tele-calling or lead management in furniture sector is a plus
