Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clientele.
• Develop strategies to drive footfall and client conversions.
• Train, mentor, and manage the in-store sales team.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and uphold brand standards.
• Handle client appointments, personal shopping sessions, and after-sales service.
• Analyze sales data and provide weekly reports to the management team.
• Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for in-store promotions and events.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and during events as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
