We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and in-person interactions to promote our MBA Program
• Understand learners’ profiles and suggest the best-fit MBA solution
• Deliver engaging course presentations and handle queries with confidence
• Convert prospects into enrolled students by following a consultative sales approach
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and generate daily/weekly sales reports
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to optimize conversions
• Assist walk-in candidates and organize in-office info sessions if required

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in

  EdTech sales or academic counseling

  , preferably with MBA or higher education programs
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Well-organized with the ability to manage time and multiple leads effectively
