Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist (Bench Sales). The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, training and mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients and candidates, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing ongoing sales support.
