Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot & Kolhapur for a Sales Service Engineer. The Sales Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering technical support to clients. Daily tasks include maintenance and repair of equipment, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring that all equipment and systems operate smoothly and efficiently. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or casting industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
