Sales Representatives in International Inbond Tech US Process

You will be working as a Tech Support Associate in Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., an International Contact center catering to offshore consumers and businesses through Telemarketing services. The company has established a strong foundation of customer satisfaction and support functions, emphasizing trust, accountability, and reliability in its products and services. Your role will involve handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, and recommending suitable solutions to customers. You will also be responsible for selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers. To be considered for this position, you must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support. You should possess excellent sales and convincing skills, along with knowledge of handling BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad is required. The salary offered for this position ranges from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with attractive incentives. The working shift will be in the US time zone.
