Job Description

We’re looking for individuals who can do more than just sell cars — we want passionate brand ambassadors who can connect with customers, simplify choices, and hand over the keys with confidence. If you think “targets” are exciting (not scary), and if you can turn a test drive into a long-term customer relationship, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage walk-in and digital leads at our showroom with clarity, confidence, and courtesy.
  • Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles, and convert interest into bookings.
  • Generate and nurture leads through field visits, tele-calling, and social networking.
  • Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure seamless post-sale support.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and actively participate in promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Stay updated on product specs, variant features, financing schemes, and festive offers (no, we’re not Santa Claus, but close enough during Diwali!).

Who You Are:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
  • Experience in sales (auto or otherwise) is great, but enthusiasm is even better
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (bonus: Tamil or Bengali)
  • Presentable, reliable, and self-driven
  • Two-wheeler or four-wheeler licence preferred
  • Comfortable with field visits and local market coverage

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
