Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in sales recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in recruiting for sales roles, along with excellent communication and professional email writing skills. This position is best suited for individuals who are independent, self-disciplined, and possess a deep understanding of both free and paid job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales profiles — from sourcing to onboarding.

Draft and send professional emails to candidates and stakeholders.

Manage and maintain job postings on multiple free and premium job portals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.

Maintain candidate pipelines and documentation for each role.

Report weekly hiring metrics and provide insights on hiring performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in sales recruitment.

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Ability to write clear, professional, and concise emails to candidates and internal teams.

In-depth knowledge of free (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and paid job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.).

Educational qualification completed (Bachelor’s degree or higher).

Must be living in their residence (not shared accommodation or hostel).
