Job Description: Banca Channel Sales – Life Insurance Position Title: Banca Channel Sales Executive / Relationship Manager Channel: Bancassurance – Axis Bank / HDFC Bank Branch Banking Location: Meerut, Noida, and nearby locations including Hapur , Bulandshahr, Amroha, Chandausi, Modinagar, Khurja, Gajraula, etc. CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives Job Role & Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff. Drive sales of life insurance products through assigned bank branches. Identify customer financial needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and assist in documentation. Regularly visit assigned branches and support in achieving monthly business targets. Maintain knowledge of all products and respond to client inquiries promptly. Generate leads through bank walk-ins, references, and cold calling (where applicable). Report sales performance, pipeline, and feedback to reporting manager. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum Graduate (Mandatory) Experience: 0.6 to 4 years in Life Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Convincing ability and customer handling skills Strong sales and target-oriented mindset Willingness to work in field sales Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
