Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  on-ground sales

  of seafood products across retail, HORECA, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new customers while

  nurturing existing relationships

  in the Andhra Pradesh region.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure

  timely delivery and customer satisfaction

  .
• Generate and track leads through field visits, cold calls, trade events, and industry networks.
  
• Conduct

  market analysis

  , competitor tracking, and suggest pricing or product changes accordingly.
• Achieve

  monthly sales targets

  , manage customer collections, and provide regular sales reports.
• Ensure proper

  product education, sampling, and promotions

  with clients.
• Represent ScignoHub's values and uphold compliance, hygiene, and traceability standards in all dealings.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Proven

  field sales experience

  in the seafood industry or FMCG, agri-inputs, food processing sectors.
• Deep understanding of the

  local seafood market dynamics in Andhra Pradesh

  .
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  
• Willingness to

  travel extensively within assigned territory

  .
• Fluency in

  Telugu and English

  is preferred.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Business, Marketing, Fisheries, Food Technology

  , or a related field.
• MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
