Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Management:

  • Handle and follow up on inbound and outbound leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead information and status.
  • Nurture leads through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure a high conversion rate.

  • Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
  • Generate revenue by promoting company products/services effectively.

  • KRA Fulfillment:

  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly KRAs as assigned by the management.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance and pipeline reports.
  • Work closely with team leaders and managers to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Client Interaction:

  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Provide product/service demos and handle client objections effectively.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients for future business.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work in close coordination with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
  • Share feedback and insights from the market with internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • 0 - 3 years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C as applicable), Freshers can apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in lead management and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
