We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, drive student admissions, enhance brand visibility, and develop effective marketing strategies to meet business goals.

Sales & Admissions:

Drive student enrollment through lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly admission targets.
Monitor and manage branch-wise performance.
Maintain relationships with school/college representatives, consultants, and influencers for referral sales.

Marketing & Branding:

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage social media presence and digital outreach .
Organize seminars, workshops, education fairs, and webinars.
Coordinate with the content team to create brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content.

Team Management:

Supervise, train, and motivate the telecalling and sales team.
Assign daily/weekly tasks and monitor KPIs.
Conduct regular sales meetings and review performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel between branches when required.

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
Creativity and strategic thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
