We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery Submit reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback Handle objections and negotiate deals to close sales effectively Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a Marketing and Sales Executive or similar role Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Skills:Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and content creation Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
