Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and well-organized School Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Colaba / Cuffe Parade. This individual will play a key role in connecting with schools, scheduling appointments, planning marketing routes, and supporting our on-field marketing personnel. Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling: Contact schools to introduce our educational programs and fix appointments for marketing visits. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with schools to confirm or reschedule appointments. Itinerary Planning: Create efficient daily and weekly travel itineraries for field marketing executives based on appointments and geographic location. Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the schedule of field executives, ensuring timely updates and adjustments. Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and the schools. Reporting: Maintain records of appointments, feedback from schools, and daily reports from the field staff. Support Tasks: Provide backend support to the sales and marketing team as needed. Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus) Strong organizational and time-management abilities Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Calendar, Email, etc.) Experience in calling or tele-sales preferred Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
